What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, we’re happy to help you start your vacation sooner whenever possible. If the Suite isn’t ready upon arrival, we can often accommodate early parking and provide secure luggage storage.
Please let us know in advance if you would like an early check-in, and we will do our best to make it happen. Also, if you plan to arrive after 9:00pm, please let us know.
How do I access the suite?
A detailed arrival guide, including door code and step-by-step check-in instructions will be sent to you by email 1-2 days before your arrival. This guide will provide everything you need for a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
How many people does FiveStratford sleep?
The Suite features one king bed and two extra-long twin beds. The sleeping areas are thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and comfort, with each bedroom having it’s own private bathroom.
Can I reserve just one bedroom?
When you stay at FiveStratford, the entire Suite is exclusively yours. We offer complete private access to the full space, rather than booking individual rooms.
Is FiveStratford accessible?
The Suite is located on the upper two floors of a charming Victorian home. The Suite is not fully accessible. Entry to the suite requires climbing a flight of 15 stairs.

Where do I park?
Complimentary outdoor parking is available in the driveway with space up to three vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, we will gladly issue a credit for the value of your stay, which can be used to rebook with us at a later date.
